I always liked Carlin, and he makes a good point about us possibly being a mistake – unless you are religious. However, to me, the rest is ignorant ranting. Too Bad!

George Carlin pulled no punches where it came to politics. He gave both Democrats and Republicans a verbal spray. More so against Republicans.
He nails it.
Robert Anton Wilson was a good friend of George. I strongly suggest reading his books, changed the way I see everything, even 30+ years later.
Carlin was a man way a head of his time. If he was still alive today. My god, he would have this whole shit show summed up really nicely.

Genius. So glad got to see him perform live.
I started watching his comedy specials from 1985 onward. I also saw him live. I used to think this guy was very sophisticated. He is not, he was a word-smith. That was most of his schtick, and he said so in interviews. He was quick-witted and clever, not wise. What's funny is how he knew he could "get over" with the college crowd precisely because he understood how they think and what nerves to touch. Glad he pointed out what is basically fake compassion coming from activists, that's laudable. But make no mistake, it's all technique and his philosophy is awful. Watch this again and listen to how he practically deifies the planet. Yet he was an atheist? Listen to his nihilism. Join in his angst, young college kids and old hippies alike! His WORST presentations were when he went political and anti-religion for like 90% of the show. Sadly, he sure was ahead of his time that way because that's what the unfunny "comedians" of today do. He should have stayed in his lane, talk about TAKING A DUMP, spinning it into a poem, and making googly eyes. RIP.

I can respect a vegan who sticks to their principles and doesn’t consume animal products. But a climate activist who still uses fossil fuels to charge their phone, power their home, commute to work, fly to Europe for the summer etc… zero respect for those hypocritical self righteous a holes.

When I was in high school the big scare was global cooling. It was a common topic in schools, universities etc. Yet here we are. If you want to live a happy, peaceful life stay away from leftist and some dooms day folks on the right.
