  1. It's about time. As a resident I'd love it if we could keep opportunity open to all. But when every other state has continued to lock their states down CO couldn't continue to be the only one. Either every state should be more non resident friendly or none of them. Can't have just a few taking all the pressure which has been insane lately. It's sad but true

  2. Yep, and with this being the last year for archery OTC I’m betting Colorado will be a complete ZOO in 2024 OTC units. Most of these guys will switch to OTC rifle units starting in 2025 so they can still bank Points and hunt in the same year. Can’t believe they left this loophole open.

  3. As a middle of the country guy wo has been to Colorado 14 times, im bummed but its definitely needed. When i started hunting Colorado it was fantastic hunting for a fit person.
Now it can take days to find animals.
100% can see the change. Should eventually settle into decent area for 2-4 points which is solid. Good move👍

  4. Crowding is an issue. But there are many more Colorado "residents" now than there used to be. The population is growing. People that have been here for just a few years now want to shut others out. Why not limit tags to us natives? Or set aside tags for people that have been here 10 years or more? That would really cut down on the over crowding.
