Irina Yarmolenko, a 20-year-old student at the University of North Carolina, had just completed her final exam of sophomore year. After finishing, she planned to run some errands. Tragically, Irina would never learn how she performed on that exam or make it to her junior year. Her body was later discovered on the banks of the Catawba River. 1. It’s so incredibly obvious that this man is not anywhere near ‘bright’. I could very clearly see he was answering questions based on what he heard and what he assumed from information that was out there. He wasn’t intelligent enough to know that him answering questions based on his own assumptions was making him look guilty. This is an innocent man.

  2. It's the worst kind of people, we expect them to uphold the law, but instead take advantage of naive vulnerable people and put them in jail fully knowing they are innocent. Disgusting and evil!

  3. Complete immunity for the state, no penalties to the then prosecutor now judge, and Carver spent a decade in prison. Not so much as even an apology for him being convicted on false information. False, not incorrect, FALSE. Mr. Carver, I am sorry they lied and you and your family has suffered this injustice.

  4. They're more worried about their re-elections. Instead of being thorough about their investigations. So they do just whatever they have to to save their re-election. So that means that they are not about justice, They're just about getting reelected.

  5. It's easier for the justice system, To put the blame on this man who may have committed murder but not on these children. To keep from happening to really look into the cases. Plus another reason is because of the color of their skin. The justice system has failed the people of the United States. All they worry about is politics. Here's what I think about their politics They f**** suck. Because even after they are elected they don't do s*** except for tear the country apart.

  6. DAs that insist in trying cases that are missing evidence or are based on junk science, should lose their judicial immunity. To see if when they feel the vulnerability, then decide to do the things in an ethical way.

  7. Listen, if you are going to be talking about two cases you should PUT IT IN THE TITLE because right now the description and the title talks about Irina Yarmolenko's case but after 20 minutes you go on about another case, The Atlanta Child Murder. That has ZERO to do with her case and honestly not everyone is gonna be comfortable with that second case. If you put it in the title and description that lets viewers make the choice, this doesn't even feel like its from Law & Crime YT channel, it says JusticeRules whoever that is.

  8. I believed him immediately ❤️ keep fighting for him. He was just fishing with a friend. No phone. Just nature. Bless You. I pray for you all. I hope they find the killer because he's still going.
