  1. Since this is the only place where my opinion might be read, but this stuff is disgusting. I am not a fan of what the big10 is doing and I know a lot of people feel the same way. It’s gross. Destroying the integrity of the game. It’s just not right

  2. I get it's a money thing, but as an Oregon fan I'm deeply disappointed. Not just with UO and sometimes there game play lol, face it that's all the time. But with the dissolvement of the PAC. For me it's a geographical identity. Yeah we may not be in the same league as the SEC, but this was our league our coast our teams. The general used the right word in describing his thoughts, nostalgia. The only thing that comes with nostalgia are the memories. RIP PAC.

  3. At first, some extra $$$ spurs more competition. Then big $$$ RUINS EVERYTHING. Especially in sports, when athletes make so much money that they really don't care IF they win or lose anymore and don't have any loyalty to their cities or universities. Guess it's time for College Football now.

  4. Just have an east and a west division. 32 teams in each. As well as a lesser division.16 team playoff. Bottom 8 get relegated. Top 8 of the already relegated teams move up.
    No conferences.
Head to head, followed by points for an against for a tie breaker etc.

  5. It's also a time too STOP streaming services merging with College Sports and just look into joining FREE market television again. ABC/NBC/CBS has a chokehold so join OTHER BROADCAST STATIONS. Like BET should buy into HBCU's. Pac-12 should of joined up with smaller known stations just create something 🆕

  6. I wish the Pac12 could keep every sport together with football being separate. Non-revenue sports having to travel from LA to New Jersey/Maryland/Penn in the middle of the week, mid semester, is rough for kids with no illusions of going pro.

  7. Havent been able to watch college football in years. I will continue to not watch it after this latest move. Universities themselves are businesses and have long since abandoned the institution for higher education.

This is a business decision plain and simple. I saw CFB going the way of the NFL, so i started watching the NFL. Why watch amateurs when i can watch pros? Anyone still holding on to the traditions of CFB is in flat out denial

  8. None of this matters. Theres only Georgia, Clemson, Alabama and sometimes LSU. All the other teams in college football don't matter. Why people even talk about other teams baffles me.

  9. And with B1G performing this “romcom” measure in order to acquire Notre Dame, seems to me like the AAU status requirement is no more (which would let Nebraska off the hook).IMO
