  1. Ever since the police pulled them over in the van for crashing into the post and they questioned them separately, I didn’t like the guy and had my suspicions. Hearing what he wrote in his notebook makes me even more livid!

  2. Your storytelling is amazing, you can make sound interesting even this POS senseless rant. This case is so infuriating, not even in this "confession" letter, in his last moments, he was able to take accountability and responsibility for purposely taking the life of a beautiful person. My heart goes out to Gabby's family 💔

  3. This letter is the biggest load of horse crap on the planet. I live in New Hampshire and consider myself an intermediate level hiker. Whenever I hike in the White Mountains, I am ALWAYS making mental notes of landmarks such as creeks, bridges, or interesting looking boulders so I have a general sense of where I am. If this letter had any truth to it, there is no way that Brian did not realize how close that him and Gabby were to their van. I have also fallen into a creek during a hike. This happened on a 40 something degree day in October and I was about a mile from my car. My leg hurt a bit and the cold was uncomfortable, but it wasn't anything that stopped me from still being able to walk. I know there can be more severe falls and injuries in creeks, but none of this makes any sense. I don't believe that Gabby ever fell into a creek, but even if she did, I don't believe for one second that a healthy, able-bodied young woman like her would beg for death from the injuries that Brian described.

  4. Reading his letter, the part about Brian’s family loving her more than he did, I took that quote as Brian’s family loved gabby more than they loved Brian. (17:30) I don’t know if it’s just me who heard it that way

  5. I’m finishing the end of this video finally and I have to say I 100% agree with you that people don’t understand abusive relationships unless you’ve been there. From the outside you think why the hell are you staying or why would you go back and the answer to these questions are simple, your abuser has created a kind of power over you that you feel is impossible to escape and in most cases leaving is the most dangerous part because once your abuser realizes that your finally done with his or her shit they snap and the person being abused ends up hurt worse then they’ve ever been or dead. They make you think no one else loves you or cares except them and they convince you that your being abused is your fault and eventually you start to believe it, and yes part of you loves this person in a weird way because you keep fighting for the person they were not who they are now but most of you is just afraid of what will happen if you take that step to leave if you don’t get back in that van in scorching hot weather with no water and no cars in sight and when the cops ask did he hurt you m, you lie and say you started it because if you don’t protect your abuser your worried about what’s going to happen to you when he gets out of jail or when he finds you again and trust me he will find you, that’s what being in an abusive relationship is like only it’s not because it’s worse….

  6. i agree with you 1000% of everything you said in this video.

also, every time i see the police cam footage in moab, i’m destroyed because i also recognize that girl and understand why she tried to protect him, because i was also in a abusive relationship when i was in my 20’s and i also covered up for him many times for over 2 years until he slit my throat. luckily the police got there in time to save my life. that was definitely the end. i lost my unborn child and almost lost my life.

    rest in peace, gabby!!! 💜💜💜

  7. I mean this is terrible what he tried to do with this journal, if any of that happened the first thing he would have done was talk about it, but he lawyered up immediately, he never cared for gabby, a narcissist until the end I guess.

  8. What a jerk. And what a sweet person Gabbi was. She gave 100%+. He took – then lied to make himself look like the nice guy. Been there myself. I’m so great, and you’re too stupid to live. Nobody will love you like I do! Thank God!!!!

  9. I’d rather never know what truly happened than take Laundrie’s word for ANYTHING. Feel like taking his note seriously is like disrespecting Gabby. He was clearly abusive and killed her in cold blood.

  10. I haven't watched your videos since last year but this one popped up on my feed today. You've always been a masterful storyteller and produced great content, but wow your set and production quality have improved! I'm so glad to see that your channel is doing so well 😁

  11. I think he is still alive. I think someone in law enforcement helped him. I do not believe he is dead. I believe with my whole heart that he is out there somewhere and when his parents went on a vacation to mourn his loss, they went to see him

  12. I truly believe that he had caused such grievous injuries to her head and she was in so much pain and probably dying slowly from brain trauma he decided to kill her by strangulation because he didn’t have the stomach to watch her suffer from the horrific injuries HE CAUSED. Not mercy for HER, but to stop HIS suffering from feeling the consequences of what HE had done to this innocent young woman, who moments before was full of vibrancy and life. The blows inflicted to her head were causing seizures I bet. That’s the shaking. And her moans of pain and obvious brain damage I’m sure we’re horrific. He cuddled her thinking he’d lay there with her while she died , but then decided it was too much to handle and too much for him to face the suffering he had caused her so he ended her life and then told himself it was “merciful” because she would’ve suffered and if she got help would be pretty severely brain damaged and I’m sure she was in agonizing pain after the injuries HE INFLICTED upon her. What a disgusting monster smh. Poor Gabby 💔
May she Rest In Peace and be dancing in the meadows with her ancestors, pure joy in her afterlife and never have any contact with this sick dude after life.
    Bless her. 🙏🏻💗🙏🏻

  13. I know this is never going to happen and is utterly unrealistic, but I so wish those police officers who blatantly ignored the abuse and then DARVO-ed the victim were held accountable… To me what they did is facilitating the abuse.
Also: the woman I love was upset, cold and in pain… SO I STRANGLED HER. Uh yeah sure. Makes sense.

  14. Brian can burn. Anyone that's been in an abusive relationship, or has seen one, knows what happened. The "releasing" of the notebook only proves further guilt- abusers will ALWAYS make themself out to be a hero, or victim after they abuse. They are pathological to the point of cliche. Even in taking their own life, their insecurities and deep need to construct the narrative in order to bend the story to their favor will always over shadow their actions. And, that poorly trained, misogynistic, pig-police officer can suck it.

  15. This letter goes to show how stupid narcissists generally can be for thinking anyones going to buy their poorly written & made up story. But really, the danger is in how willing people like those cops are to lap that up and wink while doing so
