  1. You know Jill is not a doctor, she is a pretend educator with a doctoral degree. Of course, Whoopi Goldberg came up with the unbelievably stupid suggestion that Jungle Joe makes her Surgeon General not knowing the difference between being a doctor of medicine or someone that had a fairly meaningless degree in the college of education! Taught for 27 years and was an executive director of an educational union for 20 and I can testify that a doctoral degree in education is meaningless! Some of the densest people I had to deal with!

  2. It wasn't stupid . If a AA used the same example to motivate the player nothing would be done. The problem is we are living in a world that you can't say anything that might ruffle some young punks feathers …and if he had to work harder. Guarantee you the player would have associated the words work hard with a slavery connection

  3. "ADVERSE INFERENCE" is a long-established principle of evidence law that we should apply to China. Under this principle, when a party in control of pertinent information withholds it (or destroys it or otherwise spoils it), the judge or jury may draw an adverse inference against the party. That is, the judge or jury may infer that the party withheld the information because it would've been terrible for that party's case. Given China's frenzied efforts to withhold, censor, and otherwise block access to the Wuhan lab, to the most knowledgeable witnesses, and to the most relevant physical evidence — and further given that China has gone so far as to threaten and bribe health officials in other countries and to "disappear" whistleblowers in China — we should follow the common law principle of adverse inference and thus infer that covid came from a Wuhan lab leak — unless and until (A) China discloses all of the information that scientists need to determine how the pandemic started once and for all AND (B) the scientists determine that it did not start from a Wuhan lab leak.

  4. Journalism has been dead a long time. For me, it died with Dan Rather back in the late 80's. CNN was actually worse and it still amazes me that anyone would believe everything the media, regardless of the network, tells you.
