I'm certain that Tesla was umpteen steps ahead of V. Bush and any aspect of US intelligence of his time. His communication wasn't with US intelligence, but with smarter people than all of them. Spalding knew who he was in contact with, as well as Tolstoy. Spalding spelled out the ultimate aims of the cabal that attempted to "own the world", and who wished to ravage it, and there is no way Tesla would go along with them. These guys have gone off track there.
