Baltimore City’s all-day celebration kicks off with food and ends with a 13-minute fireworks show at 9:30 p.m. Rash Field will be the best place to watch the fireworks, according to organizers. It’s where the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra will be performing live during the fireworks show. To get ready for the crowd of thousands expected, the city is putting up porta potties, laying down bike racks and promising that the city’s celebration will be safe.
