Fascinating tidbit I also noticed that city service vehicles can be undergoing maintenance as well. So it's possible that vehicles and services can be operating at lower capacites than designed capacities! Very cool addition for services! Also implies that emergency and municipal service vehicles can get into accidents and become disabled!

Right turns are fine. It’s left hand turns that cost time. They create traffic conflicts with oncoming traffic. Even if there’s a traffic light there’s a delay. Too many traffic lights impacts decisions even in CS1. It’s all about time.
