Two forest gaurds go to a jungle to find a cheetah. They got orders to send the cheetah to the hospital. There, they hear the sound of a gun. They call team CID. While investigating this case team CID gets to know about many crimes that occur in the city, and everyone is astounded to learn that all of these crimes are committed by children under the age of ten. When they see CCTV footage of a child breaking into a jewelry store and breaking into the highly secure computerized locking system, they realize it is the work of a mastermind. The character of Pied Piper kidnaps children and uses them to commit crimes. Team CID gets to know about this and investigates this case. The officers find more children there.
