    It would be interesting to have an in depth analysis of the Maskirovka tactics, which I believe is evident throughout the conflict.
    In fact going back all the way from Putler's reign of power.

  3. This is not Putin's war. It is Russia's war. After almost a year of bottomless vile warfare, there are no signs whatsoever that he would be isolated. He clearly has strong support within the political and military elite, and there is no indication of general opposition to the war.

    There are good reasons to be skeptical of Russian opinion polls. But there is one that gives a crystal clear result, namely the one that is carried out daily among all the hundreds of thousands of young Russian men who have fled their country to avoid mobilization. If they had been against the war, they could have used their freedom in safe countries to criticize. That has not happened. They seem to have no problem with Ukraine being wiped out, just being forced to sacrifice their own lives for this cause.

  7. I somewhat agree with what was said about Ukraine not being allowed to use long range western supplied Missiles against Russia on Russian territory. But attacking Russian infrastructure and Russian citizens would play into Putin's hands. The Russians would then start to really believe Putin on his propaganda rhetoric and become more patriotic in defending their territory. It is probably better to not give Putin what he wants, even though it is very frustrating seeing Ukraine's infrastructure getting destroyed and Russia's not. But Russia's economy is in absolute ruins and the Russian people are blaming Putin on that. Let us wait till it really starts to bite, and bite it will, many times more terrible than it bites now. Russia cannot sustain these losses in oil and gas revenue. Their whole economy is reliant on it, they don't have anything else. Russia is losing billions every week in revenue. No compromise should be considered till he pulls out of all of Ukraine's territory, especially Crimea.

    What DID happen was the US said they cant use our weapons to attack russia

  19. I agree with him so much Ukraine should hit back in Russia let the Russian people get the message don't never play with snake in the green grass because snake is going to bite you let Putin go down with him people who believe in Russia he doing the right thing
