The thing about materialism is that a spiritually enlightened person can be very well rounded in understanding that in todays technological age, that a certain amount of materialism is required in order to have your voice be heard and thrive. I would caution to not conflate a materialistic person with someone who recognizes the value of maintaining their status and possesions in order to reach a large audience. That is the difference between a town preacher and a world shaker. 😼

  5. I disagree with a large portion of what is said here. A mentor will be unpredictable, especially if they recognize that holding some of their cards close to their chest is required to maintain the status quo. This is on a higher order that has the potential of drastically affecting large sectors of society. As a mentor, you cannot release certain info knowing that it may have an unknown or unforeseen detrimental effect. This video has an attitude to run around with sandals and a toga whilst giving away your most valuable assets which is knowledge and information….in which in the information age of the 21st century, just compensation should be reciprocated for said information.

  6. Oh I have had my share of false prophets. lol 😂 one only needs to look at their current and past students, and listen to them and watch … ya. Took about 3 months to know exactly what head game they play. Now no time to allow it. Lessons learned. ❤❤❤

  13. Encountered this type of spiritual "leader"recently. I follow Taoist ways as best i can , have been for decades now, but still use my beginners mind to keep myself humble . This "teacher" answered my questions by telling me how his teachings were only for those who would follow "his" ways without question,and went on to speak of his accomplishments and earned titles. His ego shined quite brightly,leaving me to think of how he perhaps, was teaching for the wrong reasons. There are those who will claim knowledge of spiritual subjects which they do not have, or follow themselves. It is important to keep oneself aware of this message. Thank you for this video.
