I remembered as a kid watching a horror movie n a horror series about spider n trains. a horror movie about a huge spider living in the subway it was horrifying while the horror series is just remembered about Thomas Copypasta n now this… not a horror for me I just like comforting your own fear n deal with it like a chad

  7. For being an indie game with a small dev team, this looked like a really good game! Quests, upgrades, and a constant enemy. I especially liked the idea of being defenseless while away from your train, forcing you to think outside of the typical "shoot everything that moves" idea.

  18. This is how AAA corporate games used to be like in the 90's, obviously with the technology and graphics of the day: Simple, fun, awesome, inventive, only as realistic as needed. Nowadays they're boring animated movies following an universal mainstream narrative. Thank goodness people on the internet still make games as they were meant to be like this little gem.

As a minor steam engine fan, it annoys me that the locomotive you use throughout the game doesn't have anything remotely resembling the outer workings of a real steam locomotive, and I don't just mean the piston cylinders. Although that too makes no sense, since this thing would probably only be able to go like, what, 20 mph or something? Too small of a boiler, and there isn't even a firebox or a fuel tank or coal bunker. Fuel tank for if it were an oil-burner steam engine, bunker for a regular firebox.

  35. A concept I want to see done is a horror game where you play as the monster against players, where the goal is to scare the other players as badly as possible.
    This would fall into a category similar to phasmophobia where the game will have to trust players to play honestly, so more like a horror themed party game rather than a competition game.
