So if you take a paternity test, then there's no remedy? Couldn't you say it was under duress or that they didn't properly inform you that it was a contract
Child support is a lien against their corporate entity (STRAWMAN Social Security Trust) transmitting utility, the state/court barrowed credit from this trust. I've done quite a bit of research on many categories that helped me in many court cases, recently I had a CPS case abot 2 weeks ago and beat the case, I not only instructed the court where I found the evidence but how to step by step search for it, and I sent the court over 100 pages of all the steps I will take to rebut every argument they would try to bring, I also sent notice of intent to file a lien against them all and I provided a silver bullet to end the case, next thing I know they adjourned the case without a new court date and letter the CPS worker Gricin Cumbo said I'm going to ask the court to vacate the case and I'm moving to another department because I have other cases to attend to 😆, I have the court document for vacating the case and all orders. I'm working on child support now, I do have a lot of information that I accumulated over the years on that subject and would like to communicate with you on that and see if I need your help on some issues in that category, will you be willing to communicate with me 🙏.
Child support is in violation of the emergency war power act, fugitive slave act, and trading with the enemy act and more they also violate the rico act. But I showed them on the Treasury direct that the case was in deed monetized for profit and that I gave no consent to barrow credit from the trust account I also showed them that it was on fidelity stock market as well and that the Treasury department has it on their records and that it is on the record of the DTCC (DEPOSITORY TRUST CORPORATION) as well. There is so much fraud these people do in the act of administoring the BANKRUPTCY PUBLIC POLICY FOR THE INTERNATIONAL BANKERS CREDITORS. Crazy people, this was all in my defense documents I sent to the court to beat my case in a CPS case
