  1. It’s crazy because I remember last year everyone thought receiver and we ended up going Corner than Safety. We really have no idea what poles is going to do. It’s going to be a fun night !!! 🐻⬇️

  2. My bears big board
    1. Will Anderson
    2. Jalen Carter (if he lost 9 lbs by the 30 day meeting)
    3. Tyree Wilson
    4. (Trade Down!)
    5. Paris Johnson
    6. Christian Gonzalez
    7. Peter Skoronski

  3. I'd like to see Poles trade back with the Jets, swap all three 1st & 2nd round picks. #9, #53 & #61 for #13, #42, & #43. They could still get a starting caliber OT at #13, and better DL choices at #42 & #43.

  4. Broderick Jones has the highest ceiling at OT, he plays with an amazing demeanor and has the prototype size, take the player at 9, our roster is not in a place to continue trading down and reaches in the draft could be brilliant in October, smart picks in April could just as easily look horrific in October

  5. What's the difference between Van Ness and Ohio St RE Zach Harrison who played every week, took on double and triple teams? 1 is gonna go Mid Rds, 1 is over hyped. And Shea was a 3-4 Edge who had never played with his hand in the dirt. But he at least was the Star of his D Boise St in college, not a backup. 😅 This is why 70% of the 1st Rd are bust.

  6. Every time I do a mock and don’t take OT or DI the whole thing gets pretty miserable. Their years draft is definitely top-heavy at the OT and DI positions.

  7. That defense was so bad they definitely need to go DL with that first pick. Fewest sacks in the NFL. Highest average QB rating, allowed most yards per carry. Good grief. Only 8 picks before us 4 lkely to be QB's, one Will Anderson for sure, maybe a corner, its possibly that Tyree Wilson could drop to us, but if Jalen Carter was there I would grab him faster than you can say Superbowl. I definitely would not take a RT or Guard. NO OL is worth a top 10 pick. I dont even like taking OL in the first round at all. Jimmy Johnson built one of the best OL's in NFL history with two undrafted free agents and two 7th round picks because his OL coach Tony Wise was able to coach them up. Defense though needs athletic talent, thats why they have higher positional value and go so quickly off the board.

  8. If it's a RT the bears want, they should look to trade down as far as it takes to pick up a top 50 pick this year or #1 next year. Then target a RT that fits their system in round 1-3

  9. Do u guys think the beara value edge? The colts never did until eberflus left. Their signings all kinda indicate the same. No wow signings there. Meanwhile they have made multiple stabs at 3 tech.

Unless u think he can bulk up and play there…. I think the bears just dont view edge as important. Their scheme wants guys who play the run and dont allow qbs to break contain.

  10. Bro why would they make Braxton learn a whole new position while putting a rookie at the hardest position on the line, that’s a disaster

  11. I hope our leadership is devoted to Developing players because comments from internet pundits is almost always " just move Braxton to " blah blah. Why not grow with the seedling, devote and commit in order to accentuate his path to uninterrupted excellence? Just cut him off the path early as he'll, for what purpose, to what end?

  12. Cam did say why he would back up fields. Its because in high school Fields trained with Cam. Its why he said he would back up the rookies coming in as well, because he has worked with them before.

  13. No, At #9 it can't be what they could be… it's gotta be a stud now. You don't draft at #9 based on what they "could become". This is a horrible take on VanNess. I really feel Poles will either trade down or go best available no matter what the position. That's why I think it will be JSN if all the top need positions are gone

  14. When you're picking at the front of a group of similarly scouted prospects, which it seems like the Bears are, of course you'll want to trade back, but not too far. None of those teams in the same block are going to give up future capital just to get their choice of guys in the same bucket though. If you do trade back, it's going to be way back, but most of those teams are good enough to not have any "needs." Only way a trade down happens is if a top rated player like Anderson falls, or if one (specifically) of the top four QBs fall, or if there's a Ryan Pace type GM out there who has to "go get their guy."

I think it's >90% chance the Bears don't get a single call about moving the pick.
