I’ve had some of the worst luck with the “Scarlet & Violet” Pokémon TCG sets in regards to finding ultra rares (full arts), illustration rares, and special illustration rares… but I figured it was worth a shot to see if I can pull some good hits from the “SURGING SPARKS” Build & Battle boxes.
