If that's true, I would put Mike Vrabel (as HC) with Jason Vrable or Arthur Smith (as OC) a Full Tier Higher than Harbaugh/Roman.

Mobility and replacing fragility make sense.
We’re slow (and inflexible in the draft if that’s how you interpret it) and constantly stacked with injuries which could be interpreted as us choosing to hold on to “fragile” players. Which could mean bye bye Bosa. Sounds like a line for what Harbaugh’s plan is.
