  1. Here are some tips for managing AFib at high altitudes:

Prepare: Check with your doctor before visiting a high altitude location.

Adapt: Allow a couple of days of rest and gradual altitude changes before starting vigorous activities. The American Heart Association recommends spending at least one night at a moderate high altitude to adapt.

Monitor: Be aware of any new or unusual symptoms. Monitor your heart rate and have a plan for adjusting your medication if needed

  2. Guy’s love your insight, I’m with you with your takes. I can not stand that the Chargers can not score in the second half. Chargers played good in the first half but for two plus years the second half sucks. I’m hoping the Jim will get in Herbert’s ear but have not seen it so far. Herbert needs to change the play when pressure is coming. If I’m any other team I rush 5 or 6 rusher all game. Watch the second half for the last two years it is always the same thing. With that said I’m glad they won. We need WR’s with speed and can run good route’s. QJ is a number 5 WR at best but they have nothing else. Rice can be Deebo Samuel, he can be that if given the chance. I watched him do the same thing Deebo can do in college. I know you will thinking crazy but I see it. I’m glad the defense is winning the games.

  3. Meh, I disagree with you guys. The Chargers won this game when they scored a TD and ended the first half 20-0. At that point, the focus of the game shifted to “let’s run the clock, and protect the ball.” The Broncos were never going to come back and win. That Sutton TD? Clearly a non-catch. And to be honest, that TD was a result of Derwin getting burnt by a rookie QB on 4th down.

Idk, I think you guys are showing past-Chargers team PTSD in this win. Jim Harbaugh will never run up the score. He knows how to win, and that’s what he did today. Aside from some shakey decisions, Roman called a good game. Minter called a great game, minus some Derwin/Dupree mistakes, and getting loose near the end for whatever reason. This was a strong win. They faced a rookie QB, they feared him not one bit. Remember, this team is 2-3 injuries away from being undefeated at 5-0. Had they had both Slater and Alt in Pittsburgh, they win. Had the Chargers had those same guys vs KC, they win. Let’s not lose focus of this team.

  4. Unless the refs gift it to u, I'll take any win esp an away division game

MLB, I'm 100% on the dodgers wagon for Ohtani. Growing up, Babe Ruth was a unicorn. We thought we'd never see someone like him ever again. Now we have the chance to watch someone who is better. I made the drive to anaheim every time the angels played the white sox from 2018-2023 just for Ohtani. Ohtani is already my favorite player of all-time

  5. Im trying to figure out why some of this fan base is fine with scoring 3 points in the 2nd 1/2. Yes I’m so happy with the win but thats not gonna cut it agains really good teams Not happy we gave up 16. I also get that 2 TD’s shouldn’t have counted but they did. I get that we had some more injuries on Dfense… hope that gets figured out
Over all I see positives from this team. Just need to clean up the 2nd 1/2

  6. Dave, daiyan Henley did not play at all last year but he is clearly better than Kenneth Murray. The fact that Brenden rice doesn’t play doesn’t mean he’s bad. Vidal hasn’t played and he’s clearly better than gus.
