I love when you do videos of Celebration. I lived there recently for six months and just moved back to New Jersey eight weeks ago. I miss it like crazy next time If you do a bike stroll, could you get on world drive to record my old home, Delamarre. Even if it’s just in passing I miss it and I would be so grateful.

Are they only building houses or are they expanding the little town area as well? Or adding an addition town center? I feel like it's not as appealing without the bikeable community feel. Or at least direct transportation to somewhere that is.
I'd consider a condo. You could always make it a rental if you decide to keep traveling and have a place to come back to later. I doubt any property in Celebration is going to depreciate in value.

Bought near my folks in CA at the “top of the market” & my dad, a real estate broker, thought we were making a huge mistake – only the seller’s inspection, 20 thou over asking, the place was kind of a mess (still is in some ways!) Yet, I knew it was perfect for us, for reasons he couldn’t understand. That was 1998… Yeah, we were right. Even if the prices & our neighborhood hadn’t gone up stupid exponentially, we’d still be in the same spot, haven’t found anything better yet, and we’ve looked. Could be a bad decision today, and be a great one tomorrow, you seriously never know. But when you know where you want to BE, the money can be less concerning.
I would love to live there. Maybe one day.
