  1. OMG how absolutely horrible, paid administrative leave?, civil case?, Police procedures?, I don't think there are any Police procedure "Don't leave a suspect in a Police car on railroad tracks"

  2. I hope the PD that hired him gets their pants sued off.. When a PD hires ppl they should know a what if situation to cover their own arse.. Cops that are only wanna be's should be vetted by interviews via Family, neighbors,, and their enemies' !!

  3. Once the CBI has done its usual rubber stamp job they might want to get a special needs tech to do spatial cognition testing on those cops. That was funny in the 20's on keystone cops but this one left a woman with brain damage. Something that would not endanger the officers involved.
