Would love to see this appear on console – though I don't like the kind of forced replay that you described, it sounds a little like old Armored Core games, where you basically got more powerful each time you sank into debt, but, rather than being a safeguard to ensure most people could finish the game, this feels a little like it's there to make a ~6 hour game into a 20 hour game using the same content
