'Catastrophic' floods in Slovenia: Race to rescue survivors before more rainfall

At least three people have been killed in Slovenia’s worst flooding in decades.
Emergency workers are still trying to rescue people in the worst-hit areas before more rains arrive.
In areas where a state of emergency has been declared, the army is standing by to help.
