Now, how’s this for a little surprise? Not so much that I’m playing Aria of Sorrow, I mentioned that already. But me turning it around into this little “Prelude” to the upcoming Castlemania Legacy! I had a bit of a craving, and since I won’t be playing games called “Castlevania” this October, I wanted to replay Aria of Sorrow. And as I was preparing to set up stream… a little idea hit me. Instead of just grabbing a layout for GBA games, why not go back to the Best of Castlemania scene, tweak the title, and have this little “Castlemania Prelude”!
I may or may not continue with this, with scattered showings from a small number of games that set the tone for the series but also for the games that followed in its footsteps. Obviously, Way of the Hero still has priority, but I may find a few days in the coming months to take a trip down memory lane, again, in preparation for what comes next. I’ll see you there, perhaps.
