I got Gear Shift from a chest, but I think it's really random so just keep checking the vendors I guess.
You can find gear shear in a cave in autumn falls it's the cave where you have to boost jump the ramps
So Allseer with Close Encounters evolves to Khufo as well as Magikrab is available with an astral Bootleg Traffikrab. I'm surprised you didn't mention these I've come to expect better of your videos Ed. I feel like this is the second one on Cassette Beasts I feel was too rushed for good quality.
The caves at the top of autumn hills there is a cave full of bulletinos. There's a chest in there that has gear shear in it.
Yeah Odd2cTV is right. At the very north end of Autumn Hills in the Water the camera shifts to reveal a cave. Gear shift is a static spawn in that cave but you either need dash, or the advance glide ability to reach it.
2:07 in autumn falls there is a cave with on stairs, the cave is mostly a platform with the ramps where you use the bullet dash ability to reach on that chest where you get the Gear Shear

Tokusect, it's Tokusect. Not even a competition. It's a Kamen Rider bug. We just got Lokix in Pokemon. It's a concept that's done in a lot of monster collectors. I love it every time. My vote will always be Kamen Rider bug.
I didn't realise these things existed at first- so I automatically got the night moth. I wanted Gearyu too and didnt realise it needed the move (i thought it might be a 4th step) so had to retrain a Velocirifle. I do like Artillirex but I like Spitzfyre as my fire type more 😅
