We are on a journey through the 007 universe! Since there are so many Bonds, we are watching two movies per actor-era, except for Daniel Craig, we’ll watch all of his. The two movies are chosen by our patrons. Check out the previous 007 reactions below. In the early 2000's Airbus was looking at the feasibility of a double decker passenger airliner to compete against the Boeing 747 in the Asian market
The singer of the theme was the late Chris Cornell of Soundgarden and Audioslave. Thanks for the vid!
All of the previous Bonds still had just a bit of lightheartedness in them, especially Roger Moore. But Daniel Craig's interpretation of Bond is much more serious, almost robotic, more Jason Bourne like. And the popularity of the Bourne series may well have something to do with the change in the personality of James Bond.
This was actually the first Ian Fleming novel. He came up with the Vesper Martini in this novel.
Montenegro is in the Balkans and was part of the former Yugoslavia.
''Ma'am'' in britain is a term used to address female royalty or a female officer so it is pronounced Mahh -am not mum lol
The salt & water trick to make you throw up is something every young woman should know in case they suddenly feel woozy at a bar or club.
21:15 was where I was thinking the movie got stupid with the red light under the skin that you can easily see.
112) 007: No Time to Die (2021)
144) 007: Goldeneye (1995)
199) 007: Quantum of Solace (2008)
260) 007: Skyfall (2012)
The rest of the 007 movies do not make the top 350 movies. None of them made the top 100, but though I agree that this series was the best, if you ask me who is 007 I'll say "Pierce Brosnan." He easily seems more the right guy than Timothy Dalton, who I first saw as Bond.
The theme song is Chris Cornell was the lead singer of soundgarden and is one of the best vocalists in his time before he passed away G.O.A.T
You Know My Name is the best Bond theme of all time. Rest in peace, Chris Cornell.
The torture with the rope in the chair is straight from the novel Casino Royale.
This was a back to basics Dr No–From Russia With Love type Bond, which are the best kind of Bond movies.
A very different Daniel Craig:
"Layer Cake" (2004)
Told you! Best Bond movie ever!
The Bond theme music doesn't arrive until the very end, slowly emerging after he clips Mr. White in the leg until he announces himself, finally, as Bond, James Bond, hardened, bitter, determined, fully become as Bond. Casino Royale is a near perfect movie, maybe the best movie of the past 20 years.
The best one he did 🇬🇧
I grew up watching Sean Connery as James Bond, and I have to agree, Daniel Craig is James Bond
There are so many Bond movies that are good but this one is just the best. Craig, Dalton, and early Connery are the best bond movies.
I always thought these movies where prequels to the old ones
Montenegro is across the Adriatic Sea from Bari, Italy.
We see the reboot of Bond as more of a Tier one operator turned MI6 agent. More grit and violence and less gadget heavy.
The aeroplane that was supposed to be blown up was a modified 747 that is parked at Dunsfold airfield in the UK where they used to film Top Gear – you can see it in the background of some of the old tests, recognisable because of the distinctive B52-like twin engine podded pylons. Great film and totally jump started the franchise again after Brosnan.
It is the same Bond, it's just a reboot. It's like they are writing a prequel except there is no expectation that it will lead to any past films.
Chris Cornell did the song. One of my favorite Bond themes.
Montenegro is a Country in the Balkans….
Also Vesper is the name of the Martini Bond drinks…. Named after a certain lady….
The bomb maker in the begining was played by one the the guys who invented parkour
Cassie, what would Sean Connery say if he knew you were seeing another Bond?😁😁
