A very ambitious crossover…
I love this special and to see the cartoon all-stars team up is still wonderful!
The D.A.R.E. program was a disaster! And this cartoon tried to hard to spread it’s message.
What a disaster 🤦♂️
After watching this I'd take what they're having to make me forget.
This is probably one of the best drug-prevention films of all time. In my opinion.

Nowadays this would be banned for saying something bad about a product that is bringing many a load of money. It bad until it makes people money, then it's considered something that has "Found a place" in society……sad. 😟
I wish the Care Bears, Care Bear Cousins, Teddy Ruxpin, Babar and his family, the Chipettes, Raggedy Ann and Andy, Mickey Mouse, etc appeared in this crossover.
