Sardines and toast!! This has been a family tradition passed down from my grandfather from Scotland. I eat sardines and herring right from the can with the skins and bones. I have never seen boneless/skinless. In Canada we have the Brunswick brand. I like the mustard sardines, sardines with jalapenos, smoked herring and herring in Louisiana sauce. Yum.

I'm going to see if I can make it to the BBQ place this weekend. 😊 I'm so disgusted by the inflation, Harry and Wendy. My Costco had NO eggs, NO Rommaine, and NO MCT oil last week! With this OPEC decision of limiting barrels of oil, things are about to get much worse. It's great that you guys are encouraging us to slowly buy some things to build up our reserves, we are going to need them. I'm also disturbed by these ads on YT showing free money from our Government to pay bills, get food etc. These are loans, not help from our government, it's very deceiving and I worry about the vulnerable not reading the fine print. I honestly do not know how these ads are able to run. 🤷🏼♀️ We just need to keep breathing and hope we can pull out of this craziness very soon. The items you are showing are some of my faves at Costco, Wendy. Oh my gosh, loved the modeling segment, lol. You two crack me up!
Hi Wendy, you can get a CGM without a prescription from Nutrisense. This is online. They have 1 , 3,6, and 12 month program. It ranges from $199 to $350 depending on the program picked.
I looked through about half the comments to see if anyone mentioned this and sorry if I missed it. Albacore is a large fish and has more mercury. Skipjack and light tuna are the lowest in Mercury.

CGM prescription. Your doctor may be willing to write one for you so you can get it. Insurance may refuse coverage so then you pay out of pocket/cash. Insurance isn’t the requirement, the prescription is. Hopefully that tip will help

Looks yummy! It would be interesting to test your blood sugar after IF and before you break your fast. Maybe it is low and that is why you are shaking. Also, there's a Dr. Boz video showing those that ate sardines for a couple of days decreased blood sugars and raised ketone levels.

I only recently learned that sardines really do taste TOO FISHY out of the can. BUT…BUT…
But add very thinly shaved 🧅white onion, seasoning salt, and lots of pepper and it becomes a whole new delicious ball game! And I hate fish! 🐟🐠🐡
Added dried or fresh parsley add a new level that is a great taste sensation! Just try it!

Just finished watching today's video at 5pm est. We went out earlier to the gym, then to lunch at Red Lobster-had shrimp and broccoli, and then had to take our dog to the vet. I went to a Meatup here a couple weeks ago in Vancouver with the BC Carnivore's group and it was so great to meet other carnivores and carnivore curious! I miss US Costco's, there's more variety. I'll have to venture over the border again soon!
