Thats one of the most difficult places on the whole ship to fight a fire. Also one of the luckiest places to have a fire for the guest. Engineering in the future should take this into account make some kind if fire suppression plan for the top of the exhaust stack. TBH in my opinion as a chef somebody didnt clean the exhaust stack m

I saw that cruise ship at port Canaveral, and the brunt smoke stack
The water is not watering
What the hell is that stack made of? Looks like it’s made of plastic or something else that’s flammable it’s actually burning! Stack fires are quite common on vessels, but the stack is usually made of steel and while the soot and oil burns out of it the actual stack doesn’t burn!
Fr ppl are risking life's to put out the fire if it's small tak every one to put it out of it's big go to the life boat hop their is space

The diesel particulate soot was never cleaned out and it probably cought on fire since that thing serves as a funnel.
Carnival sucks why would you spend money on a carnival cruise is beyond me..royal or virgin is where its at
