Assuming it's all true, sounds like CAH has a pretty solid case. If the land had a bunch of material dumped on it, there would be potentially a lot of actions needed to restore it, specifically if there's any soil contamination.

I didn't realize they took money spent on their product from red state customers specifically to spend on things red states oppose politically. That's messed up.
I decided to never buy any official CAH cards when they reneged on their statement made during their crowdfunding that they would make cards targeting everyone, cancelling the expansion that would have made fun of people to the left of center – which in the case of CAH was anyone left of Mao.
They made that VERY clear at the GenCon that the product went live to the general public. I was there

That land is not worth even what Elon offered. It is a small parcel on the border and landlocked by Elons property. Nothing was there before Elon bought and started developing around it.
Question: if all the money these people took, did not go to buy what they tried to so, doesn't that mean that by taking this to court, they can find themselves in trouble instead…? Like I am wondering how much of a "land" they have truly bought at the end of the day too.
