So far, he has appeared in 858 comic issues and has kept us entertained throughout. Captain Cold is one of the most likable villains in the history of villainy. Cold, who sees himself as a blue-collar supervillain, has a sense of honor that forbids him from killing innocent people…though he’d be pleased to rob them blind.
