It never ends. No matter where you go, conduct an audit or video of our government. They hate transparency. Sean, you are right. We have a country of sheepeople who will follow the rules of their bosses or supervisors without questions despite the moral implications or ethics. I worked for the County of Los Angeles Dept of Mental Health for almost 20 years, and it's the same thing. There is such a huge waste of money on training that is not implemented or adhered to by staff that most don't understand or ignore. HIPAA training every year, and some staff give patient information to anyone who calls and claims to be a friend or relative. I didn't know our rights until a few years ago and began watching YouTube. Now I have books and case laws. This subject isn't taught in school and should be. Thank you, JR Boise

You should of taken the detention. The directive clearly establishes rules for the Courthouse which then establishes the rules for courtrooms. At no point does it stop recordings i the public area outside the rooms except to prohibit recording lawyer and clients conversations and to not record jurors without their consent. I would of made the officers explain to the judge why they detained you using a document that allows you to record and the parameter's of that recording.
They aren't even corrupt they are just too degenerate to handle any power

It's against your will. A violation of your civil rights. My solution is press charges against everyone of who steps on the Bill of Rights. If convicted they should be removed from law enforcement, forever. Make police have their own insurance to pay for their misbehavior. The system needs to stop protecting these criminals, they are losing the trust of the people.
