Offer letter to loi ke badh me milta he naa ?
Sir as you know company are delaying onboarding day by day
Reason is recession means company is saving cost
But fresher are suffering a lot, there will be carrer gap from now onwqrds for those fresher
So as a online study for u can you make appeal to a company for one year or 6months company should reduce salary pay and give fresher a company internship type so that student carrer gap is reduce
This will help both fresher and company
My freind has also received this mail for malpracticing.
my freind has also accept LOI and HR from capgemini also talked from him for 10th and 12th marksheet.
after everthing goes sucessful. When time come for giving the intern (2week ago) they sent this mail.
I do not understand if you know that student has done cheating then you have to revoke the offer before LOI and BGV. package was 7lpa.

Due to recession off campus has stopped and without campus our career would devastated what should we do???
Nothing happens with your voice or noise, the situation is very bad and the companies are short of projects so don't try this kind of shit , if they want the candidates then they will hire for sure so dont misguide the students with unneccessary stuff .
When Capgemini give joining for 2022 batch which are already received loi ?
If they dont have requirement, they will. Will all who are offered, join if they get higher offers.
It's a private job, no need to go on the road, search for a better job
