  1. They haven’t had a contract renewal in 8 years. Canada post has stalled for the past 3 years. They haven’t been in negotiations or talks for a year. That’s misinformation. Also Canada post could afford to give $275 MILLION to their executives last year alone on top of their huge quarter million paycheques. Canada post has 26 vice presidents making over 300k a year! No problem giving them raises and bonuses every year even though they aren’t hitting targets. But for the workers making $22 an hour without a raise for 8 years? Uh wow what a propaganda piece you two are spinning here, ignorantly placing the blame on the union. Even though they warned Canada post in the SUMMER they would strike come November if they kept being ignored. Well Canada post ignored them again. Like they have been for 3 years. There contract came up for renewal in 2020. Canada post asked to delay a year due to Covid. The union in good faith said yes. Well that was 4 years ago and Canada post still isn’t living up to renegotiating. They have stalled this for a month. They’ve had a new revised offer from the union for over a week. No response from Canada post. This is Canada post and the government killing small business for the government to stop the flow of untraceable cash this holiday season. They stalled on purpose. Both Canada post and thhe government in ordering them back to work. Stall and kill the small businesses taking in cash.

  2. It’s about time! Mail delivery is not brain surgery! They are getting paid more than enough. Higher than teachers who are better educated. Minimum wage is enough! Immigrants would live their job!

  3. If my employers were 300 million in the hole, I would be laid off, not given a raise. They have made life difficult during the time of year that they would have made the most money. I wonder how many small businesses will go out of business or in remote areas more sick because they couldn't get their meds. I don't have any sympathy for them.

  4. They don't appreciate having a job that pays . They took advantage of the fact that even if they are not working they will be paid..
And ruined Christmas for everyone else u needed their service..
Milked their company of funds too.. their should be away they can repay back the company for losses they caused them..
Also if I was a small business owner I'd sue them for holding my stock, loss of income and costs extra incurred due to their selfishness.
The workers are very narrow minded and self absorbed..
Clearly the company can afford to meet their needs.. appreciate the fact that you have an income.

  6. Happened to me multiple times before where a CP worker didn't bother knock and just slapped a "sorry we missed you" while I was literally watching at the window upstairs. The CP workers almost always have an attitude. On the other hand, the Fedex and UPS drivers work waaaaaay longer shifts but still try to be nice and treat their customers right. I will not feel sorry at all if CP is bankrupt and render these people jobless. So long there's a demand, there will be supply, the competitors will swoop in just like what they are already doing, but way faster.

  7. Canada Post Workers Forst Back on the Job Tomorrow from the Liberal government. Jagmeet Singh says if this happened he would call a Election Regardless Of His Penton. Jagmeet Singh Lied To Canadian's and Allowed Voting NO on a none-comfiness. Singh Voted against the Non-Confident Vote allowing Justin Trudeau to stay in Power instead of calling an Elections for Canadian's . Singhs Words are not even the air he breaths now when it comes to Canadian's, for not keeping his word.

  8. And they are angry. Proba ly not as angry as the small business owners wjo depended upon Canada Post to deliver their packages, mail and checks and now have to close their doors.

Their families are being affected and the posties don't care. Even Trudeau didnt care.

Get back to work and fullfill your obligation to the public. The damage you people have done will not be forgotten.
