Fallout 4 has many difficulty setting to fit whatever experience you’re trying to have, the hardest of them being survival mode. instead of just managing your health and radiation levels, you’ll have to balance out sleep, thirst and starvation and to top off your struggle through the wasteland, you’ll also have to combat diseases some are minor and some will ruin your day, and that brings me to todays challenge, can you beat Fallout 4 on survival mode with all diseases? This is gonna be a wild one, so buckle up.

I love the thought you put into your challenges. These days a lot of runs are just "can I beat X with X Weapon?" (something I am personally guilty of) but videos like this encourage me to think outside the box. Keep up the great work homie <3
