Today on PokeStorm we attempt to finally pull the Lugia V Alternate Art from Silver Tempest. We have been working on our Silver Tempeast binder since release, but the Lugia cards have been extremely difficult to pull. Today we hope to turn some of that luck around and finally pull the Lugia V Alt Art.
