This is prob comparable to metalbending So long as there were trace amounts of earth in any refined metal (besides titanium obv), some earthbenders could bend that metal
It's probably similar to how earthbenders can only been metal cause it has small amounts of earth in it. Which raises the question can air benders bend other gasses other than pure oxygen. Edit to add: also fire is just plasma so would that mean fire benders would be able to bend anything containing plasma. Also blood carries oxygen so would that mean an air benders could technically blood bend similar to how water benders do, just using the oxygen in their targets veins instead of the water in their blood
There seems to be some kind of requirement to either see or sense the water in order to bend it. Most people cannot bend water out of the air because they either lack the sense, sight, or knowledge to do so. I mean, look at airbending, they can’t see the air, the sense it.
I’d imagine, a proficient enough water bender would never be able to be snuck up on if they could sense/feel the water in other people’s bodies.
Well he already answered his first question on why she can bend perfume. He literally just said cause it has trace amounts of water😐😐😐😐😐😐😐😐 THATS WHY!!! 🤪
This is pretty basic. It makes sense that a bender would be able to bend something that is a mixture of their element and something else, because they're just bending their own element and the rest of it is moving along with it. Like blood bending is just bending the water inside the blood vessels. I'm pretty sure this is even explained in the episode
i think if earthbenders had taken inspiration from this aspect of waterbending they would have figured out metalbending much faster. they work on the same principle, after all- finding traces of your element within something you otherwise wouldn't be able to bend
Blood bending. So any liquid, I think the lady who invented it explained it.

This would be useful after eating taco bell to make sure you made it to a bathroom without an accident.
Blood also contain water….
asking as there is water mixed in the liquid, it's bendable which is why she could bend mud and blood
Y does katara able to bend perfume bc it has water if something has water its water bendable

I yawned when I was reading the title and thought “Could water benders bend watermelons?” And honestly thought thats a good question.
Blood is mainly water.
This literally is just canon information
So pretty much the same thing for earthbenders as long as theirs some level of earth they can bend it like lava and metal
Well he already answered his first question on why she can bend perfume. He literally just said cause it has trace amounts of water😐😐😐😐😐😐😐😐 THATS WHY!!! 🤪
I have a question can any water bender blood bend of he learned how to?
ORRRRR maybe you're wrong and they can bend other liquids
I'm shocked that this is even a question to be honest. We saw katara bend soup, sweat, blood, ink and mud
If it's liquid they can bend it
There's water bending blood bending perfume bending ice bending snow bending and the most mythical of all soup bending
Also this plant🪴
