  1. Depending on draft positioning, the Raiders may give the Giants a haul to move up and get Shadeur. Brady is a mentor of Shadeur and may want him in Vegas to work and mentor him…

  2. Ya trippin if you think sanders couldn’t be a superstar his ceiling is just as high as ward miss me with all that “hero ball” shit that don’t mean his upside is higher go watch sanders play every snap

  3. And stop with the Deion stuff it’s overblown asf if he didn’t want him going to the giants he wouldn’t be all buddy buddy with the giants staff it’s no different from what the mannings did but for whatever reason it’s the sanders so it’s different? He’s not going to tell these people how to do they job

  4. The cruelest joke will occur when the Daniel Jones' haters realize that the 6 foot 5 inch 240 pound Daniel Jones was impaired by Brian Daboll who disliked him as a man and thought he was a mediocre quarterback. Daniel Jones is better than Cam Ward and Shedeur Sanders, who are shorter and lighter than Daniel Jones and less disciplined. Daniel Jones not only runs over defenders, he has courage and is loyal. Daniel Jones is the scapegoat for the failures of the New York Giants. Kevin O'Connell will make Daniel Jones a winner. I note the Giants have done worse with Tommy DeVito and Drew Lock as quarterback. Dexter Lawrence is not stupid: he knows the Giants made a mistake benching and releasing Daniel Jones. The hate against Daniel Jones is pathological, ignorant, and evil.

  5. I've said it many times Ward and Sanders are 1A and 1B. The biggest deciding factor is who's coaching. If we retain Daboll Ward is more fitting of his offense with his hero ball mentality and play style. If they move on Sanders processing allows the new coach time to see what kind of offense he is going to run because he can be a game manager as well as good QB. These two remind me of Big Ben and Eli coming out. Ben was the better physical player, while Eli had the better mind and pedigree. Not saying either are going to be that level Qbs but the debate was very similar.

  6. I’m not 100% sold on either of these guys just yet. Giants have to find out are they legit leaders on and off the field, can they handle the NY media etc… if not than I’d consider possibly trading down or maybe take Travis Hunter if he’s there, and look at signing a free agent QB or look the trade route and add more talent to this roster which Giants desperately need.

  7. Honestly you guys are doing a great job at evaluating these guys but I’m worried that whoever we pick will just get ruined by our inept organization. Hate that we have come down to this .I have been a fan since the late 70s .

  8. I agree with @AlexWilsonESM on the assesment of these 2 QBs Shedeur may have the higher floor but Ward has a far higher cieling. For me I want the QB with the most skills in lieu of a guy seen as a sure fire franchise guy like Arch Manning. Then you look for the guy with the most skills that you can develop and harness the talent out of. That is why I still think Milroe would be a good prospect in this draft. Milroe probably has the most skills in this draft class. By far he has the most arm strength and is the best athlete. His rushing ability is on an elite level. When he takes off he is a threat to score from any where much like Lamar. As @Anthony_Rivardo says pre and post snap reads are very important and a skill that translates to the NFL game. But in my opinion true dual threat QBs that are dangerous when they take off like Lamar, Allen, Daniels. That rushing ability translates even more faster than the processing does. Daniels this season used his production with his legs to help Washington win games until his passing ability came around probably 4 or 5 weeks in to the season. Josh Allen for 2 seasons used more of rushing ability to create plays than he did his arm. Lamar still uses his legs more than his arm. I think reads and processing can be taught athleticism can not.
Of the 2 QBs discussed here I would take Cam Ward I like his skills and athleticism but I also fear that Shedeur has had his production improved because of the Pat Shurmur QB friendly scheme. Shurmur was the guy that gave Jones his best passing season in the NFL.

That being said I think I would consider taking CB Will Johnson at the top of the draft and then trading back in to the back end of the 1st round for a QB. Especially if a guy with the skills of Milroe if I projected him to fall to the 2nd round. My draft plan would probably be to take the CB #1 and then draft Milroe at #28. Given you your CB 1 and a playmaking QB.

My final thoughts on this is that Deion Sanders knows and likes Brian Daboll. For that reason I believe Deion would prefer the Giants as the landing spot and could help Daboll keep his job. If I were to select Shedeur I would probably move on from Kafka and bring in Pat Shurmur as the OC. Allowing Shedeur to work with an OC he knows and has played well with. As well as gives the Giants an OC that knows Shedeur and how to get the most out of him.

Kiper has Sanders and Ward slotted in behind the 1st 3 QBs taken last year and in front of McCarthy, Nix and Penix Jr. So atleast for Kiper for what it is worth the Giants taken either would be better than had they taken any of those QBs at 6. Also it gives them a WR1 to give the your QB they wouldn't have had if they went QB at 6. No WR in this class is close to the talent of Nabers. No matter how they handle the draft they need to get a veteran swing takle and upgrade RG this offseason. The O line fell apart as soon as Thomas went down the Giants need an insurance policy against that. A swing takle that can come in and at least be league average if Thomas goes down next year.

  9. Love that superman quote. Giants do need a hero like that. I would be happy with either or but cam ward is such a dawg with a killers mentality and amazing leadership. Feel like the giants just take whoever consensus #1 which i think is very lazy. Do your homework on ward

  10. I think if the New York Giants land the number one pick they should take Travis Hunter and then take Jackson dart from Ole Miss in the second round and then the third round draft another running back to go with Tyron Tracy, because Dalvin Singletary is not the answer
