  1. Firefighters told them to abandoned their cars, they didn't just do so. Why are news stations leaving that detail out? Firefighters might be suspicious in this case.

  2. Anyone else notice that ALL PERSONAL PROPERTY is consumed, but the grass, trees, and leaves somehow managed to survive?! The most selective 'wildfire' I've seen since Chili and Maui I bet there's a REDEVELOPMENT project on the books for the area's that burned!

  3. California is always obsessed with electric cars and no diesels. I would say California has polluted more in the last few days then the emissions from all those diesels and gas cars for years to come.

  4. In Australia, if you live within a cooee of a flood or fire prone area you've got Buckley's chance of getting insurance for your property. They are in business to make money. Trouble is that extreme conditions are becoming more extreme everywhere.

  5. Why would anyone live in California!? Always a fire, water shortage, high taxes plus state taxes, high rent and high gas prices, mud slides, earthquakes, bad traffic, homeliness problems and much more!! 🤔

  6. Unfortunately, many cities are in danger of this very thing. Be it a natural disaster, major accident, or any other type of threat. Developers are constructing so many businesses and residential buildings so close to each other bringing in more traffic to our ALREADY CONGESTED AREAS that theyre not realizing that we no longer have escape routes. The developers are creating traps and preventing emergency vehicles from getting through. Here is just on example. So sad

  7. 😢sad but you can’t predict fire I worked on the last clean up and the wind goes were it wants the Firefighters do what they can but they are understaffed for natural disasters and response to a national threat 😢and if you needed more funds there is none

  8. By no means am I an expert on anything to approach a natural disaster . You can't prevent an earthquake,a volcanic eruption, tornado or hurricane they will destroy what they are going to destroy. Wildfires you do have ability to reduce damage. Why does it seem that more could be done to lessen the amount of destruction?

  9. This is a tragedy for everyone involved. Our hearts and prayers are with ALL of them. But one day this will end. After that, please remember the Firefighters. They're not wealthy people and some of them have lost homes themselves. Please do not cut their funding. They put their life on the line to save ours, setting aside their own concerns. Please provide 100% of their funding. If there's anything to learn from this tragedy is that fully funding first responders is the right thing to do.
