  1. Here in Texas you get them as soon as you fill out one form as long as you have a carry permit but since Texas is a free state and California is run by freedom hating democrats yall suffer

  3. Newsom is a bitch. He’s a prick! He’s licking to many balls! Got so much cock on his plate & hands he doesn’t know what to do that’s why California is going to shit. All he cares is about his money not the people. What a fucking shame

  5. Everything they do from waiting periods to felons losing their rights for life all needs to be abolished!!!! The felon on immediately its.not fair that one man who got in a fight and the cops were just in the right place at the right time and he gets charged with a felony and loses his rights when almost every single man has been in multiple fights especially ones that carry

  6. I think it is hilarious when I visit local FFL with my legal CCW, use current CCW permit as proof of residency and competency, to purchase a pew I now have to wait 10 days to take possession of.

  7. Those 10 days were the longest waiting period I've ever felt.

Speaking of which, I vaguely remember a story about a woman "waiting" to get her gun to protect herself when her crazy ex bf deleted her.

Edit: for future readers, look up Carol Bowne from NJ.

  8. SPOT ON!

Gavin, here are some suggestions on the retail theft & rising crime problem in our state (CA).

First and most important, we have a $68 BILLION dollar deficit (due to your out of control spending habits) and should be looking for solutions that do not cost a boatfull of money. Spending money in LARGE amounts seems to be the default response to problems by CA legislators and this is not prudent in times of deficits. Try looking for low cost solutions to the retail theft & rising crime problem. I can help you with this as I have been a frugal spender my whole life. See below for my low cost suggestions.

    1. Sending 120 CHP officers to Oakland is not a long term solution here. The CHP is a HIGHWAY patrol, not a CITY patrol trained to handle street mobs/gangs. Suggest you talk to violent crime ridden south american countries on how to deal with this dangerous situation brought on by your FAILED policies. MUCH more productive & scaleable & less costly is to just reverse your deeply flawed failed policies. Reduce $950 to $0 (the Target female worker is spot on). Reverse prop 47 & 57, Arrest criminals & require Bail, Change LEO liability from necessary back to reasonable. Talk to Law Enforcement for more suggestions for policy changes/reversals.

    2. Stop demonizing the Police and for GOD's sake do NOT "Defund the Police" when at the same time you are doing your best to disarm ordinary law abiding citizens. How does that make any sense at all? Do you want ONLY you and other legislators and the criminals and your and all the other legislator's security details/bodyguards to have guns? Then the ordinary law abiding citizens will have to defend themselves against armed criminals during a robbery or home invasion without guns? Maybe Knives or stones for the ordinary law abiding citizens? This maybe your vision of the future, BUT I can assure you that a LOT of voters would not be too keen on that, and then there is this thing called the Second Amendment in the US Constitution.

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the RIGHT of the PEOPLE to keep and bear ARMS, shall not be INFRINGED."

For an excellent read on the history leading up to the 2A try "To Keep & Bear Arms" by Joyce Lee Malcolm. Amazon or ThriftBooks, ~$45. San Diego U.S. District Judge Roger Benitez knows the U.S. Constitution BUT you and Rob Bonta do NOT or are knowingly violating it.

    3. Stop playing "catch & release" with the criminals. Hold people accountable for their actions.

    4. Outlaw Sanctuary Cities and minimize gun free zones. Mass shooters LOVE Gun Free Zones and seek them out to do their evil knowing that everyone is unarmed except them.

    5. Support ICE & the Border Patrol in their efforts to catch illegal aliens and deport them. Secure the border and remove the asylum entry claim/loophole. Cut off ALL welfare & aid & health care & legal aid/advice for illegal aliens.

    6. Call Greg Abbott and learn how to work with razor wire and secure the CA/Mexico Border (Pete Wilson was RIGHT).

    7. To slow the cash burn rate defund/cancel/kill the high speed rail project and remove Prop 1 from the 2024 ballot and kill ALL Reparations attempts.

I have more suggestions, but the above should get you started in the right direction without costing an arm and a leg. Will add to this later as time goes on.

Make CA great again (reformcalifornia.org). I smell a political shift coming… Pro Tip: Update your resume.

  9. Here in IL we have 72hr "cooling off" period. Just a few years ago we had a 24hr "cooling off" period for long guns. Red states say it is your constitutional right while blue states say cooling off period.

  10. We have a bunch of liberal activists and braindead politicians writing these unconstitutional anti 2A bills that get signed into law. Most of them don't know the first thing about firearms, yet they create bills to restrict and ban them. It's insane and criminal. We need representatives that are for the people and the constitution! We need to vote the corrupt tyrannical slime out of California and the rest of our country.

  11. If I have several firearms already….WTF DO I NEED TO WAIT 10 DAYS FOR A NEW ONE!!! This just makes it obvious that the law is not about safety or any of that virtue signal bullsheet…it’s a middle finger to 2A.

  12. What is messed up is the LEO or law enforcement be buying up firearms and selling them through Private Part.
Reason why most roster we get are banned in California.

  13. Here have a hit of this. Oh what is it reality check a criminal. There’s some dumb ones that will but a lot more of them that won’t use their gun that is theirs for a crime really what this does about background checks and all that I guess just checking up on your statusit doesn’t make any sense really cause what do criminals have in common they work without a criminals or they ask around eventually they’ll get somebody to sell them a gun … then you got lonely people then you got mental illness people like somehow they own a gun by some weird way that mental illness person all the extremely lonely person that’s a gun collector bumped to somebody in a laundry mat. Have a good conversation with that person maybe that person will sell him a gun cause he’s lonely mental illness is a bitch. Those are the ones you need to worry about you ain’t stopping a criminal getting a gun cause that guy is gonna get a gun.
