  1. Isn't it kind of worse if you're NOT impaired due to you don't have any you know mitigating factors that caused you to crash? At least if you're impaired it kind of makes sense why it happened.

  2. Not saying itโ€™s the cause but I can tell you – it certainly doesnโ€™t help that this stretch of Elbow Drive gets zero snow and ice clearance, and the street lights have not worked for at least two years now. This city doesnโ€™t take pedestrian safety seriously.

  3. Cars need to be banned from city streets, the danger they pose to everyone else on the street especially pedestrians and cyclists is beyond absurd. There is nothing else in society that is allowed to become anywhere near this dangerous, yet cars are given free reign.
