On my channel, I hope to mix my love for beauty and color with my adoration for reading and writing and blend those with my experience as a former physique competitor and powerlifter. I plan to sprinkle in my general thoughts, opinions, and fears about the aging process since I am a 51-year-old woman.
This is the FIRST long-form content video that I have made from scratch for this channel. Please be patient, understanding, and compassionate as I strive to navigate this creative process.
Today is my dad’s birthday (January 5th). While I did not feel comfortable sharing all of my thoughts and feelings about his passing away in 2023 just yet on my channel, I did want to upload this video today and share my reflections for 2023 in the form of a BYOP (build your own palette).
