One of the first things I thought of when she spoke of Van camping and food was Nikki delventhal❤ she chops her carrots in her mouth and then spits them out into the salad soon to be eaten😂😂😂❤❤ is it gross well probably but she's got one heck of a following and people know not to let her bring the salad😂😂😂😂

Yay! Another guitar hauler. I bring mine everywhere I go (I'm actually in a band and need to keep up my chops when I'm away). My van setup is very similar, but I bring way more stuff and two dogs, so I'm pretty cramped. But really, that's all you need to start out and even keep going! Great video and hope to meet up and jam sometime! Safe travels, Dale and the dogs

I loved my 1990 mini ram cargo van for traveling. Just a DC cooler, a fold out foam chair, a portapotty, and a couple of suitcases. Added a utility trailer for bike, kayak, and gear. Didn't do any cooking. Just restaurants for a meal and drive throughs for coffee . Traveling was simpler then. But the van wore out and retired to a ranch, and my new(er) van has tanks and systems lol

Great idea, Cindy. I’ve camped my whole life, was a Boy Scout and Girl Scout leader, a co-op nursery school leader and own my own cabin utilizing my techniques, recipes and hacks. Your idea for camping cuisine is great! Safe travels. 💖🙏

A great interview Jan. She is excited about her retired life! I, like most others, have a couple med older suitcases that have great zippers, the handy handle and look nice so I could use them too. A nice lady to visit with too. See you next time .

If I were to do the whole van life thing, I would do something similar. Only I would want a toilet. It's inexpensive, but you have privacy and a comfy bed. Room for necessities. Her Mom had the great idea to attach cardboard to the reflectex-genius! Happy travels!❤

Brother and his wife just did a trip with minimal investment and learned what worked for them! Even able to return some equipment that just didn’t work for them !
