  1. I just made this because we currently have more Jersey grape tomatoes than we know what to do with. Let me tell you. 10/10. Well done. Keep it simple. This reminds me of pasta in Italy. Simple fresh ingredients.

  4. My butter onion and tomato mix is a whole lot waterier. Made twice and this second time I even squeezed all the water out of the onion and let my cut tomatoes sit in a strain for about 10 minutes. Even salted a bit. Having to cook even longer just to condense down. These are home grown cherry tomatoes.
