Fate of Kanezuka and Sugika : Same like in the video apparently they tried to ask help from their families and friends but they find out what they did so no one to help them and refuse later on they decided kicked out of their house either, as for Kanezuka he actually work at his uncle's small factory for pay his debts and life then as for Sugika, after she broke up with Kanezuka apparently she tried to find a new job but unfortunately the rumor spread like wildfire so no one to hire her because her personality and judging people based on and then she tried to find a rich guys at matchmaking parties as result no one to date her cause her personality as well. A few months later, when she was at home apparently she shocked see many people in black suit and have a black van as result they actually debt collectors and take her away as result apparently she having used her own credit card for buying expensive items and she having a job as servant in their penthouse for pay her debts and life as well.
As for Yuto and Michiru : Same like in the video after that they started dating each other and six months later they getting married each other with their both families and friends at work including President Akira then a few weeks later, his company going skyrocket, he promoted as the company president and more. One year later, she got pregnant and nine months later she give birth a healthy baby girl later on they decided having a picnic in beach and make some memories for the rest of their life including family business as well.

Heck, it made him come off as even more professional to his bosses than those two idiots. Sure it was because he found it disrespectful of them to do that for the sake of cheap laughs, but at least he'll still have his job and a future marriage out of this.
