AYE!!!! THAT GOLDEN ROPE IS TOO DOPE FOR CRAPPY WEEK I'VE BEEN HAVING. Definitely marking this as that song that made me smile when shit hit the fan back in 2023.
The harmonies are very well done, whole LP is a fun listen. A sprinkle of Half Nelson/Sparks, a little Crosby, Stills and Nash, a dash of 90’s Jungle/Hardcore
Golden Rope and Embrace are seriously chill ass songs…unfortunately they are both followed by anxiety inducing songs, not really a great emotional transition.
