That's looking really good. I'm still a little worried that you've glued it all together so the first time you break anything in the track you'll need to re-work or replace the whole track rather than just replace the damaged link.
I find for that sort of work you can re-sharpen the knife blades as they don't need to be surgically sharp but your circular saw worked great.
I'm glad to see the project is now on track!
