You could try get some of those Gilded Bolt guys as your archers, I think they serve Aegon (or atleast they're in his armies) but I'm not sure where exactly they come from. They might be like the Unsullied where you need to find someone to hire them

You could hand all of your current troops to another clan member by making a new party, then enlist with Dany, become a vassal and get your new troops. Then talk to the leader of the party you made, tell them "let me inspect your troops" and transfer them all back to your party and boom – back to where you were with a hopefully bigger and better force and a shiny castle to boot.
How about a wildling run? A short campain maybe where you destroy the nights watch and take over the wall and maybe winterfell?

LH on my version Daenerys does not magically go to Westeros. She was still battling Dothraki and Sarnor or day 450, on day 451 they declare war on Westerlands and peace with Essos based factions. There armies then make there way to Westeros taking about 4 or 5 days.
Also that fact of the armies taking that long to get there they had a tendancy to be short of food when they then attacked.
Could you give your troops to one on your companions as a party?

Maybe you can give the troops to a companion, as his army and then turn in the quest and then get the troops back.
The game always finds a way to humble you when you least expect it. Sometimes it's a tournament, sometimes it's a fireball to the face 😂😂
You could write up some head canon about Aegon I having a Valyrian lore about dragons 🐉 being only deployed when the other army outnumbered the rider's forces by a certain amount(say 50, or 100 men). Then, if a battle goes against you, you can exit the field and fly in the next engagement.

For the Iroborn run, can you try and get Cerwyns axe
You should do a Vale run at some point to try and pull House Arryn into the war and help the North sooner. As it stands now the script/story has it fire way too late for them to be helpful, it becomes a cool "what if" scenario.
Can you not fly up on your dragon in a naval battle? Looks like you dropped into the water
Does RoT have culture conversion? I think some of the culture conversion mods support custom cultures
