  1. Great video, love the content, and you make me laugh so much. Superb job on the flagging, but you put the barriers up the wrong way round and somebody will trip over the bolts. Spin them round and no bolts stick out. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

  4. You have a great work ethic but you need to learn how to dolly flags, lifting those 3 x 2s is not good for your back. Oh yes, flags should never be level, they should have a slight slope on them. That truck would look great painted the same as that rusty painted wreck of your mates, the other day. I wonder how often he gets pulled by the feds for having what looks like a wreck. I always wanted a truck with working but non matching rear lights, you must have some odd lights in stock that aren't selling. As long as the intensity of the lights are the same, you should have no issues. It is many years since I had to back my Zodiac up Alliance Street because the fuel went to the back of the tank and breathed air, if I tried to go up forwards.

  6. James. Brilliant work ethic. Love ur attention to mental health and care for team and energy for getting stuff done. Your acceptance of diversity of personality among your staff is Brilliant. Business doesn't need to be cold and cut throat. Enjoy it mister. Blooming Brilliant that your ethos is cleverer than many professionals in the care and education sector. They have been trained. You are a natural. And as for your semi a apology for last week. Dont you dare feel bad. You are doing a fantastic thing there. Well done James. Admirable. Brett Runchman
