  1. 0:38 re: stored power: I think when you added the extra pv panels it allowed the battery to charge up more during the day, so you have a surplus of power stored each day. Eventually it'll hit 1530 kWh stored at 6:30pm when the sun goes down, and only use like 830kWh during night, and be able to recharge to full again by end of day. EDIT: oh I can do the math: Solar panels produce 138 kW for 12 hours = 1632 kWh, enough to charge the battery from empty to full in one day. Building uses 830ish kWh overnight, leaving 826 kWh in battery. That's what you should see tomorrow morning (at the 0:38 point of view in game)

  2. 15:25 iirc the power draw is survival capsule 5 kW and well 5 kW for 10 kW total. Night is 12 hours, so you'll need 10 kw * 12 h = 120 kWh stored in the battery to full run overnight. Battery is 180 kWh, so 180 kWh / 12 h = 15 kW solar is needed to fully charge the battery. The power out is max power out, 10 kW for capsule plus well, plus whatever you need to charge ATV.

  3. 5:00 – Potatoes+beets = better MRE's (16?), Beets+beets = better seeds…
7:30 – Greenhouse would probably be able to replace one of the workshops, thus getting the materials (especially cement) from workshop. But the moving would be painfull (need to store all the items temporarilly…
9:00 – really recommend connecting the output of big battery directly to one of buildings (you now have TWO, thus two ports for everything (water, electricity, oxy)) without any transformers, while building small "nest" at the other building's port (small transformer, small battery, some 4 panels) there your setting small bits of electricity for things like wells, pumps, charging vehicles, charging suit… would be much easier
15:30 – ONE solar panel divided between more sources?? That will be allmost sure not enough juice… But many things are enough if run only during daylight (like well, it is far enough to run during day)
20:30 – exactly as you say, AT LEAST two solar panels (better three)
23:00 – nice, that "travel pack" could be exactly what you could put at second workshop input port while you are not away on journey… is just the right package, 4 panels, one transformer, bettery with small extension (probably just one). Think about whether you really need to split output out of battery by another trafo, might maybe be easier to cycle the battery output (cable) between the things that need power…
28:25 – what is that small transformer in the middle of the screen? some leftover from first days? maybe time to cut that out (while among other simplification, you also save one small circuit board + other materials)
31:30 – hey, just move the one fridge (storage) to the other workshop and you have an empty workshop, prepared to be scrapped = even more saving electricity!! And prepared to build Greenhouse instead, afterwards (when you return from journey?). Just replug the ports (electro, water)
36:00 – exactly as you say… yes only need power while printing or filling oxygen bottle…
43:30 – after darkness, you don't need to clean panels to zero, probably to like half would be enough, they will self-clean the rest… goes faster
