About Gold Shaw Farm: Gold Shaw Farm is more of a farm-in-progress than an honest-to-goodness farm. We dream that someday we can transform our 150+ acre parcel of land into a regenerative and productive homestead and farm.

  1. HEy! Punk sent you a sweatshirt from N44! I wonder if Punk intentionally made the colour the same as Radar's bandana? Lucky you, Morgan. Love the knitted cap, too. It looks all warm and snuggly, which is exactly what one needs with 2+ feet of snow outside.

  2. Can I suggest a little experiment with the maple sap and freeze distillation.
Let one bucket freeze over night and discard the ice which will be water. You can measure the effectiveness with a home brew hydrometer float.

  4. Im also excited to see the evaporater do its job. As someone who grew up doing syrup w my grandpa we spent alot of time standing around that fire watching the boiling. But we collected acres and acres of sap. At Christmas everyone got a pint of maple syrup. Gramps still does it but not to the same extent, all us grandkids are grown and only a couple of us still go out to help. So he majorly cut production lol. Of course hes in his late 80s now too. So only those of us that help still get syrup every year. But if u want to cheat show up on Sunday morning and cook them breakfast, you'll get the syrup โค

  6. This channel is definitely not very great at you learning the farm stuff but it's definitely most entertaining and most watchable of them all. It's like PRO production, PRO edits and PRO scripted.

Watching this channel feels like watching some real high quality production TV series. So addictive and entertaining!

  7. I think that the book idea is great! Have you thought about writing childrenโ€™s novels on the day in the life of the barn cats. Or maybe write a childrenโ€™s novel, short stories about the aventures of Toby and Abby, even a book about Certain ducks and chickens have a good artist to do some renderings that are really children inspiring with undertones of how to do the right thing. Thinking of you really good idea.

  8. Well if you want to start your barn build now you got that nice tractor with a bucket on it that you could start clearing snow around the pillars and snow around the barn so the crane could get in
